International University Carnival on E-Learning (IUCEL) remains as a platform that promotes and explores global practices in e-learning applications across various learning institutions worldwide. The theme “Innovating Education for a Better Tomorrow” invites shared experiences from diverse participations of global educators who are passionate in making continuous improvements in teaching and learning. The organization of IUCEL 2022 aims to promote, explore and share global best practices and expertise in e-Learning at all levels of learning institutions from around the world.

The 2022 edition of IUCEL will be hosted by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) from 28-30 June virtually.

There are three (3) categories of poster competition in IUCEL 2022 are as follows:
i. Invention, Innovation & Design on e-Learning (IIDEL) Competition
ii. E-Teacher competition
iii. STEAM@School competition

In addition, IUCEL 2022 also opens participation to individuals, schools, universities, and projects that have shown remarkable impact in e-Learning and learning technology through the IUCEL 2022 Awards. Eleven (11) award categories are as follows:
i. Best Trend-Setter Award
ii. Best e-Learning Facilitator Award
iii. Higher Education e-Learning Maestro Award
iv. Best e-Learning Management System Award
v. Primary School e-Learning Awards
vi. Secondary School e-Learning Awards
vii. Outstanding e-Learning Product / Project Award
viii. Outstanding e-Learning Mobile Apps Award
ix. Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) Award
x. Outstanding Open Educational Resources (OER) Award
xi. Outstanding Virtual Event Platform Awards
